Works together with the kitchen team members in order to produce the highest quality food in the fastest amount of time. This Team Member helps reach the restaurant's vision.

Outcomes:

• Prepare each food item following exact Chick-fil-A recipes
• Ensures quality and freshness
• Practices food safety
• Ensure each order gets complete under 1 minute
• Keeps restaurant clean throughout shift
• No trash on the floor
• No crumbs on the counters
• Trash cans not overflowing
• Practices cost efficiency for food and paper items
• Able to work at least 3 Saturday's each month
