Overview

This position is in the Division of Nephrology, with a primary assignment to the clinical studies in chronic kidney disease working with the principal investigator. The Study Coordinator assists with research project activities ensuring the quality and integrity of data collection. May also assist Principal Investigator with the development of the study. Review work product to ensure study protocol is followed as written and approved by the institution's IRB. Liaise with study participants and interact with research staff daily.

Responsibilities

1. Implement study protocols;
2. Perform data collection and quality control of study data;
3. Develop recruitment methods
4. Oversee the process by which participants are recruited into the study;
5. Develop and implement methods to track and follow-up with study participants;
6. Oversee questionnaires for completeness and accuracy;
7. Implement quality control procedures;
8. Assist in the preparation of grants for future studies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
