About This Position
The CNA in this role will be responsible for restorative nursing services in a long-term care environment. Provides basic nursing care to patients, under direct supervision. Provides nursing and related services to assure resident safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Provides preceptorship and coaching to new CNAs to help ensure that they are successful in their roles. Works with CNA Instructor and Staff Development Coordinator to assess and teach CNA competencies.
