Cardiopulmonary Scheduler at Auburn Community Hospital – Auburn , New York

Broad Function:

Will be responsible for clerical, communication, and scheduling duties within the Pulmonary Function Lab, Cath Lab, and OR for procedures necessitating OR space, Anesthesia staff, and/or OR staff assistance. Will assist the CV Lab scheduler with the scheduling of TEE procedures and other CV diagnostic procedures.

Qualifications:

Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred. Must successfully pass a Medical Terminology exam. Minimal 3 – 5 years working in an office setting and knowledge of procedures and equipment. Clerical experience in a specialty setting preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to multitask with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills required.

Salary: $19 - $24.50 per hour

Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm, Full-Time
