Position: Experienced Heavy Equipment Service Technician

Sadler Bros. Trucking & Leasing CO., INC. is now hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Service Technician to join our dedicated team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a heavy equipment service technician.
• Must provide general heavy equipment service hand tools along with tool storage (specialty tools will be supplied by Sadler Bros. when needed).

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine services and minor repairs.
• Conduct tire changes.
• Handle breakdown calls during shifts.
• Provide assistance to operations as needed throughout the shift.

Position Responsibilities: 15.00% - Check-in tractor and trailers on arrival 20.00% - Assist Certified mechanic's as needed 20.00% - Answer phone and prioritize calls as needed. 15.00% - Keep Shop clean and tools/equipment stored in correct locations. 10.00% - Perform basic repairs on equipment , as needed 10.00% - Perform daily lot check 10.00% - Call in on-call driver's as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: KSA -

Employees in this position should have the education or experience necessary to safely and effectively perform all job functions.

Employees should have hand's on experience in a commercial shop - preferably working with Class 8 vehicles.
