Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences and requirements
- Showcase and demonstrate used vehicles to highlight features and benefits
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and financing
- Negotiate effectively to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and market trends
- Educate customers on the advantages of owning a specific used vehicle and overcome objections
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately
- Work closely with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Necessary Skills / Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car segment
- Familiarity with dealership processes and customer relationship management
- Honesty and ethical behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional buying experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Valid Drivers License
