Overview:

At Chick-fil-A, we are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Dishwasher. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are ready for use in preparing and serving our high-quality food.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in their proper places.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dispose of trash and recycling according to kitchen protocols.
• Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed, including wiping down surfaces and taking out trash.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and report needs to the Kitchen Manager.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience: No prior experience required, but previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attributes: Reliable, organized, and able to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Punctuality: Must be reliable and able to consistently meet shift start times.
• Attitude: Positive and committed to supporting the kitchen team.
