Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is looking for an Office Associate to join the team.

The Human Resources department serves as a resource for the organization as we seek to find the best talent for our organization. This includes sourcing candidates through online platforms, career expos, and community events.

A typical day will include: answering phone calls, directing questions, handling difficult situations, organizing files, coordinating office visits for recruiters and new hires, creating employee badges, and helping with the pipeline of students.

The position is Full-Time Days: 8:30am-5pm

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma
• Skills: Customer Service, able to handle high pressure situations, de-escalation, organization, high energy
• Licensure/Certification: N/A
