Store Manager at MWS Enterprises, Inc. – Jamestown, New York

Daily Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing all elements of operating the store

-- Keeping the store open during all posted hours of operation

--Maintaining MWS procedure and policies

-- Accurately completing daily paperwork

-- Accurately maintaining MWS' merchandise inventory

-- Ordering and ensuring that received merchandise is properly priced and merchandised

-- Keeping accurate daily records pertaining to the gas operation

-- Recruiting, hiring, training and termination of all store employees

-- Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are kept in good operating condition

-- Accurately preparing daily deposits & banking

-- Conducting price surveys for product and gas as instructed

-- Assisting with company owned rental properties as needed

-- Learning, enforcing and maintaining Subway or food program

-- Promoting MWS

--Increasing sales and meeting target numbers

Physical Requirements:

--Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds in the transport of food, beverage, supplies and equipment.

--Must be able to climb a 6 step ladder

--Must be able to perform such tasks as painting, planting flowers, cleaning and organizing

--Cash Register (Ruby/Verifone, Dresser Wayne)

--ATM/Western Union Terminal/NYS Lottery Terminal/Phone Card Terminal

--Calculator/Adding Machine

--Computer

--Grocery Ordering Device

--Refrigerated Units/Freezers/Coffee Equipment

--Air Conditioning/Heating Units

--Pricing Label Gun

Expected Hours

--Required Base Minimal Hours of Work – six days

--Minimal Required Weekly Hours 45 Hours

--Position is a Salary Based

--District Manager
