Job Summary:

Greet guests according to Whiskey Creek standards and time standards. Does whatever it takes to help the team provide the highest quality and greatest value to our guests.

Essential Job Functions:

• Accomplishes job with a positive attitude.
• Reviews and stocks greeters’ station for business.
• Provides 100% guest satisfaction to all guests who patronize the restaurant.
• Responsible for directing guests and using Whiskey Creek’s seating techniques.
• Performs restroom checks intermittently throughout shift.
• Follows the service steps, using suggestive selling, tray bussing and guest friendly techniques.
• Capable of answering a multi-line phone and taking to go orders and messages.
• Follows proper safety and sanitation procedures according to Whiskey Creek’s standards.
• Responsible for cleaning dining room and entry areas, sweeping and mopping prior to leaving.
• Completes assigned back-up duties as required.

Qualification Standards:

• Ability to take verbal directions from trainers and management and verbal orders from the guest over the phone.
• Ability to read, learn and sell menu items.
• Good hand dexterity and eyesight is critical when bussing tables and carrying trays.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds of food product throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stock, reach up to high shelving and stoop to lower shelving, while lifting food products weighing up to 20+ pounds.
• Ability to learn and follow good safety and sanitation practices required of the food service industry.
• Friendly personality required for proper interacting with guests and fellow team members.
