Family Partners is seeking amazing, compassionate, honest, skilled individuals to care for adults with developmental disabilities. Safe, loving homes are needed for these individuals as an alternative living environment to group home settings. Licensed providers must be able to meet all needs of the individual placed- provide appropriate supervision, assist with daily living skills, provide transportation to day or work programs, medical and other appointments, and provide opportunities to enjoy social and recreational activities.
