The Role at a Glance
This role oversees a high-performing team, marketing operations, and technology platforms to ensure strategic alignment and ROI. Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership, the Senior Director ensures brand consistency, data-driven decisions, and high-impact campaigns while managing external partners and internal stakeholders.
How You’ll Contribute
In this role, you will shape the Hilldrup brand, drive revenue growth, and support sales through innovative marketing initiatives. You will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering measurable results. You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds awareness, trust, and demand across all business segments. This includes ensuring brand consistency and differentiation in the market while driving customer acquisition and retention.
You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget with a focus on operational efficiency and maximizing ROI. You will establish and track performance metrics, leverage marketing technology for automation and analytics, and ensure decisions are data driven.
In addition to internal leadership, you will oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, holding partners accountable for performance and quality. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders—such as Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership—is critical to ensure alignment and impact across all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Education/Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong background in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments
