Description

Endeavor Health Services is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Mental Health Clinician to help individuals navigate some of the most pivotal moments in their lives—such as transitioning from hospitalization or higher levels of care back into the community.

In this role, you’ll provide focused, short-term clinical interventions that promote stability, reduce risk, and build strong support systems. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, person-centered care that helps people move forward with confidence and independence.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and identify risk factors
  • Develop and implement individualized, short-term treatment plans focused on stabilization
  • Provide clinical insight and guidance to the CTI team to enhance care delivery
  • Collaborate with case managers, social workers, and medical staff to ensure integrated care
  • Connect the people we serve to community resources and long-term support networks
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
  • Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies
  • Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Advocate for clients’ needs within healthcare and community systems

What We’re Looking For

  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or related clinical license
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000–$63,000 (based on experience and credentials)
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
