About This Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Hampton Inn with 98 rooms in Schertz. Responsible for driving hotel through effective sales strategies, focusing on group bookings, events, and cultivating corporate partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.
Leverage your expertise in Hilton Sales & Revenue Management processes to maximize occupancy. Implement strategies to achieve and exceed goals, considering market trends and competitor analysis.
Timely and professional response to leads generated through various platforms. Implement strategies to convert leads into confirmed bookings, maximizing opportunities.
Monitor market demand and adjust pricing strategies to optimize competitiveness. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies. Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to guest satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in Sales Management processes. Demonstrated success in managing group reservations and responding to leads through various platforms.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.
