General Employment Application - Spoerr at Adena Corporation – Sandusky, Ohio

The expectations of a Shop Worker are as follows:

• • Produce high quality precast concrete in accordance with specifications
  • Stripping and setting up concrete forms
  • Reading shop drawings and/or prints
  • Maintain clean and safe work area
  • Ability to operate an overhead crane

Preferred Education/Experience:

• • Knowledge of concrete forming
  • Ability to read shop drawings and/or blueprints
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Heavy equipment certifications such forklift and bridge cranes, not required but a plus
  • 10 Hour OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain within ninety (90) days of employment

Physical Requirements:

• • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on occasion
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to squat, crawl and kneel to complete tasks
