Brokerage Coordinator (Commercial Real Estate) at NAI Burns Scalo – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

NAI Burns Scalo is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to join our team as a Brokerage Coordinator. This role supports both our brokerage and real estate portfolio teams—helping keep deals moving, data accurate, and communication flowing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing commission tracking and broker performance reporting
• Supporting brokers with agreements, templates, and meeting coordination
• Assisting with leasing projects, internal initiatives, and vendor communication
• Keeping lease data up to date in Yardi and organizing documentation
• Coordinating tenant notices, insurance tracking, and lease compliance
• Helping with market research and maintaining listings on CoStar, Crexi, and LoopNet

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma, required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field, preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, brokerage, or operations support.
• Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word skills.
• Familiarity with Yardi, SharePoint, or CoStar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Someone who can juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving.
