About the Role:
The Plant Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in plant management or a similar role within the manufacturing/laundry industry.
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the health care services industry.
- Familiarity with injection molding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
