We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Construction HVAC Installer to help us continue to deliver exceptional service. This position involves installing various types of HVAC systems in new residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC installations, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Install HVAC systems in new residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and building codes
• Coordinate with contractors and project managers to ensure timely completion of installation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Ensure all installations are performed safely and effectively, meeting company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct initial system tests to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Document installation processes and any issues encountered, providing detailed reports to project managers.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, particularly in new construction settings
• Current CFC Certification
• Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Commitment to a drug-free workplace
