Cafe manager – High volume location!

LifeGrain is a well-established, multi-site café brand, serving breakfast & lunch 7 days a week. We are placing a strong focus on specialty coffee, simple, fresh and healthy food, and outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a committed, full time Café Manager with an easy-going personality, who possesses energy and passion for the industry to head up our location in Liverpool.

Responsibilities:

•All aspects of managing the cafe on a daily basis
•Recruiting and managing a full team
•Maintaining high customer service levels and adding a personal touch
•Stock ordering & cost control
•Rostering, ordering, stock control, working towards budgets, and other KPI’s
•Promoting and marketing the cafe to increase sales.

We are looking for a person who possesses the following attributes:

•A passion for great food and coffee
•A desire to always deliver an exceptional customer service experience
•Has had experience in a similar role in a quality high volume establishment.
•Is extremely organised and a good communicator.
•Ability to help manage, train and motivate a team. Has strong leadership skills. A good work ethic & team player, reliable & punctual. Can lead by example.
•Strong administrative skills and POS system experience.
•Can uphold and develop the excellent systems and culture we have in place
•Can maintain excellent health & hygiene practices and is aware of food safety and OHS.
•Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast paced environment.
