Bilingual Hospital Field Representative at PATHS, LLC – Vineland, New Jersey

PATHS, LLC is currently seeking a Field Representative to join our team based out of the Cherry Hill, NJ office. Travel for this position will take place between Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties.

Duties Include:

• Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance and or Charity Care
• Driving 100-200 mile radius of assigned area. Reimbursement for travel expenses provided.
• Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information
• Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner
• Transporting supplies to and from client facilities
• Fill in as hospital rep as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and car insurance
• Travel and train in the Cherry Hill, NJ Office
• Medicaid experience recommended but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Experience in an office environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Trustworthy, detail oriented and organized
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
• Other duties as assigned

Applicant must pass all background check and drug screenings prior to start. Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required. Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required. Proof of COVID Vaccination is required.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Training location: Cherry Hill, NJ Approx. 6-8 weeks
