All-Safe Pest & Termite is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to join our fast-growing pest control team. • Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office
• Location: West Plano, Texas
• Pay Rate: $22 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Industry: Pest Control & Termite Services
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll deliver top-tier service by:

• Answering inbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Scheduling pest control and termite treatment appointments
• Resolving billing issues and answering service-related questions
• Updating customer records and service histories in our CRM system
