COMPANY DRIVER

Only applicants living in Manitoba will be considered.

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pickup raw materials and supplies to designated locations.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Verify shipment contents against delivery documents such as invoices and packing slips.
• Prepare bills of lading (BOL’s) for outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and required documentation.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or necessary maintenance.
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety rules, and legal regulations.
• Assist warehouse team when needed.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers, vendors, and colleagues
• Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.

• Class 3 license required
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous driving, warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and stand for extended periods.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., ERP or WMS platforms).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and equipment operation.
