Join the Quality Medical Transport Team

We’re excited to offer full-time and per diem EMT opportunities at Quality Medical Transport, a family-owned company dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.

To join our team, EMTs must hold a current and valid NJ EMT-B or NREMT-B certification and meet the following requirements:

Personal Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Maintain a professional appearance and proper uniform cleanliness

Physically able to lift, drag, and carry up to 125 lbs (250 lbs with a partner)

Comfortable with kneeling, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and sitting for extended periods

Have reliable transportation to and from work

Positive, respectful attitude and a strong commitment to patient advocacy

Documentation Requirements:

Current NJ EMT-B or NREMT-B certification

Clean driver’s abstract (minimal or no infractions in the last 5 years, required for driver eligibility)

No criminal history

Experience:

No prior paid EMS experience required — new EMTs are welcome!

Additional certifications or degrees (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, etc.) are encouraged but not required
