What You'll Do:
As an RBT, you'll work directly with children and teens (ages 0–21), delivering 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll use evidence-based strategies to support behavior, communication, and developmental goals—in our Callahan clinic and community settings. Our BCBAs are actively involved in supervision, mentorship, and your professional growth.

What You'll Need:

• Active RBT certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
