About This Position
1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Executive Assistant to CEO for our RH Scott branch in Montana. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: responsible for supporting high-level job activities of the President/CEO, general clerical, correspondence, monthly meeting reports, minutes, documentation, research, databases, and various filings. Responsible for credit union contracts, mortgage appraisals, security procedures/documents, branch reports, maintaining office supplies, some equipment maintenance, travel arrangements, mail/packages, file maintenance, copying, problem solving and backup to others in the department.
