About This Position

- Design and implement a comprehensive Protestant religious education program in partnership with the Protestant Chaplain.
- Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer teachers and assistants.
- Organize and lead Sunday School, youth ministry, Vacation Bible School (VBS), and seasonal programs such as Advent and Easter events.
- Develop and distribute curriculum and learning materials for children, youth, and adults.
- Plan special events such as retreats, discipleship training, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain and update program records, registration lists, and volunteer schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in education, theology, or a related field OR at least five years of experience leading a Protestant religious education program.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and volunteer management skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with the Protestant Chaplain and chapel staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
