Position Summary

  • The Board Certified Behavior Analyst completes client assessments, develops treatments plans and monitors client progress. This position provides support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers. This Behavior Analyst provides direct supervision and training to the Behavior Technicians.

Education

  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, special education).

Required License and/or Certification

  • BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification is required upon date of hire.

Experience

  • Experience working with ABA is preferred.

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range: $78,769.60 - $122,116.80 Commensurate with experience
