Position Overview
Talantage, LLC is seeking a mid-level associate to join our client's sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of complex litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and a demonstrated interest in high-level insurance coverage litigation, dispute analysis, and coverage assessments.
As an integral member of the team, the associate will work closely with partners and clients on challenging, high-stakes matters and play a critical role in driving successful outcomes.

Position Overview
Talantage, LLC is seeking a mid-level associate to join our client's sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of complex litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and a demonstrated interest in high-level insurance coverage litigation, dispute analysis, and coverage assessments.
As an integral member of the team, the associate will work closely with partners and clients on challenging, high-stakes matters and play a critical role in driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft complex case evaluations, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Manage litigation from inception through trial and appeal, where applicable.
- Conduct legal research and prepare analytical memoranda.
- Lead discovery efforts, including document review, written discovery, and depositions.
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Analyze insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including policy interpretation and litigation risk assessments.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 4–6 years of complex litigation experience, preferably at a law firm with an established litigation practice.
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience in insurance coverage litigation.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
