Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As our Senior Accountant, you'll be the financial mastermind behind our development magic. You'll track every dollar from blueprint to ribbon cutting, ensuring our projects are as financially sound as they are structurally solid. What You'll Do That Actually Matters

• Master the financial puzzle of multiple simultaneous development projects
• Create financial statements that tell the story of communities being born
• Navigate the exciting world of construction accounting and job costing
• Prepare tax returns that would make even the IRS smile
• Build budgets and forecasts that turn visions into reality
• Partner with our development team to ensure every project is financially bulletproof
• Streamline processes because efficiency is beautiful (and profitable!)

The Perfect Candidate Has

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience (bonus points for surviving busy season!)
• Real estate or development experience – you understand the unique rhythm of our industry
• Excel wizardry – you make pivot tables dance and formulas sing
• QuickBooks mastery – you could teach a masterclass
• Tax preparation expertise – April doesn't scare you
• GAAP knowledge that's rock solid
• Multi-entity accounting experience (because we're complex like that)
