Chief Executive Officer in Chicago, Illinois at Skyway Concession Company

Position Summary:

Provides leadership to position the Company at the forefront of the industry. Works with executive staff to develop a strategic plan to advance the Company’s mission and objectives while promoting revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Responsible for oversight of operations to insure efficiency, quality, effective customer service and cost-effective management.

Direct Relationships:

• Interacts on a daily basis with executive management of the Company as well as mid-level management to develop Company growth and manage expenses.

Position Responsibilities:

• Directs and approves Company operational policies and procedures
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives
• Present Company reports and quarterly Board of Director meetings
• Appoints executive management positions and evaluates performance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Promotes the Company locally, regionally, nationally and internationally

Qualifications:

• Ability to motivate Company through various techniques while manage multiple demands and projects
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional negotiation and conflict management skills

Desirable Experience:

• Post-graduate education
• Considerable experience in prior concession operations and/or acquisition
