Chick-fil-A Western Hills is offering a unique (3) day work week for full-time team members! These opportunities have been created so you have a schedule you can count on and the ability to live a fuller life because your off days are predictable and protected. Shifts are scheduled for 12hr/3x a week. The schedule rotates every (2) weeks, which allows you more than (6) full weeks off per year. This is an offer where excellence and rest coexist, that it why only strong qualified candidates will be considered and must have the following:

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to coordinator staff.
• Must complete initial Pathway training as well as any additional training required.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to employee handbook.
• Other duties as assigned.
