About This Position
The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for residents, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and resident relations
- Manage and supervise a team of community staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and oversee community events and activities to promote resident engagement and a sense of community
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including lease agreements, contracts, and applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident information, maintenance requests, and financial transactions
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track resident interactions and provide personalized service
- Assist with data entry and reporting tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless operations
Skills:
- Office administration experience in a real estate or property management setting
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks, including contracts and lease agreements
- Experience working with Entrata software
