We're Hiring: Sales Representative – South Sydney & surrounds

BentSpoke Brewing Co. is on the lookout for a Sales Representative to join our team in South Sydney & surrounds, building on our strong craft beer footprint and helping grow our loyal following even further.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Head of Sales you'll:

• Drive sales of BentSpoke beer & cider across on and off-premise venues

• Maintain excellent customer service and manage key accounts

• Support in-store activations with high-quality merchandising

• Build new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships

• Develop and maintain a customer call cycle plan using our CRM

• Grow BentSpoke’s presence in independent banners

• Ensure strong execution of national account promotions

• Contribute to trade marketing and sales strategy improvements

• Deliver weekly tastings, promotional events, and activations

• Travel regularly within your territory, including some weekend work

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in a sales role (FMCG, liquor or grocery preferred)

• Experience in beer, wine, or spirits sales highly regarded

• Current NSW RSA certificate

• Current C class driver’s licence

• Ability to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment medical
