Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments and treatment planning
  • Participate in an integrated healthcare network to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Work side-by-side with medical and behavioral health professionals
  • Coordinate with care coordinators to provide wrap-around services.
  • Engage in weekly supervision (as needed)

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, required)
  • Competency or training in mental health, substance use disorder treatment, and co-occurring disorders
