Entry Level: Warehouse/Production in Menands, New York at Midland Farms Inc.

Midland Farms is looking for hard working candidates to fill a variety of positions across different departments throughout the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have good work history. Training will be provided.
• Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift. Occasionally required to climb or balance. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 75 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Exposure to nut allergens.
• Manual and vehicular transfer of materials within production areas.
• Position requires frequent lifting, reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
• Maintain constant mental focus and constantly be aware of surroundings.
