Are you a strategic HR leader who enjoys building programs that motivate people, strengthen culture, and drive business results?
Were seeking an Assistant Director of Human Resources to serve as a trusted advisor to leadershipaligning business objectives with people strategies across the organization. This role blends hands-on HR leadership with forward-thinking program design, ensuring continuity of daily HR operations while advancing performance-based, employee-centric initiatives.What Youll Do Design, enhance, and implement key HR programs including performance management, succession planning, recognition, classification and compensation, and retention strategies. Partner with leaders at all levels to ensure benefits, policies, and HR initiatives are compliant, consistent, and clearly communicated across the organization. Support the Director of Human Resources in the administration and oversight of core HR functions, including policies, timekeeping, benefits, leave administration, and employee relations. Create and manage internal HR dashboards, audit timekeeping systems, and prepare workforce metrics and reports for leadership decision-making. Lead employee relations investigations, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant resolution and follow-up actions. Oversee competitive compensation strategy design and performance-based incentive tools that align with organizational goals. Serve as the HR Department lead in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless continuity of HR operations and support.
