About This Position
Job Title: Marine TechnicianCompetitive Pay: $25.00 to $40.00/hr depending on your certifications and experience level. Yearly quota based performance bonuses Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short term/Long term disability, and other supplemental coverages. Retirement: 401(k) and IRA plan options. Stable Schedule: Enjoy your weekends off with a standard Monday–Friday work week. Diagnose, maintain, and repair inboard/outboard engines and generators. Perform routine service, winterization, and summerization. Troubleshoot marine electrical systems, plumbing, and hydraulics. Install and update onboard electronics and navigation systems. Conduct sea trials to ensure quality and safety. Maintain company owned equipment Previous experience as a Marine Technician (or strong automotive background). Own set of basic tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manufacturer certifications (Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, etc.) are highly preferred.
Location: Elberta Alabama
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
Pay Range: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
