Dietary Aide-Union - SHB at LifeBridge Health – Baltimore, Maryland

Job Summary: Performs a variety of routine manual tasks in the Food and Nutrition department regarding the patient tray line, nourishment area, kosher kitchen, sanitation, and/or retail functions. Duties performed will vary depending on the specific area assigned.

Responsibilities: Employee takes responsibility for the set-up of a Dietary Service area. Service area is set up with all the needed items for service, including but not limited to all food and menu items, utensils, paperwork, cleaning supplies, paper goods and other service ware. The service area is set up neatly and in compliance with all regulations and recommendations for food safety and storage.

REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills. Less than 1 year of experience.
