What You’ll DoIn this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our members by providing prompt, accurate, and professional service in a concierge style environment. You will assist members with everyday financial transactions, answer questions, identify needs, and recommend products and services that can help support their financial goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Processing routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, advances, wires, official checks, and more
- Balancing daily transactions and maintaining accuracy in cash handling
- Identifying opportunities to cross sell Credit Union products and services
- Assisting with account maintenance and member service requests
- Resolving member concerns with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
- Supporting branch operations and maintaining a clean, secure, and organized work area
- Following all regulatory and compliance requirements, including BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and CDD
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior banking, credit union, teller, cash handling, or related member service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good math, typing, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to service excellence and confidentiality
- Must be bondable
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday rotation: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

SATURDAY ROTATION SCHEDULE 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
40 HOURS A WEEK - NO OVERTIME
