Remote D365 Business Central Senior Consultant

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior D365 Business Central Consultant - REMOTE. In this critical role, you'll lead ERP implementations for clients in the Dealer Services and Equipment verticals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll leverage your extensive expertise to design, implement, and optimize Business Central solutions. With a focus on autonomy and client interactions, you will navigate complex implementations and mentor junior consultants. Your contributions will not only shape client success but will also foster a culture of growth and collaboration within the team.
Accountabilities
  • Serve as a Senior functional consultant and subject matter expert for Dealer Services / Equipment Management clients.
  • Lead and actively participate in solution design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing strategic guidance on system capabilities and process optimization.
  • Own functional workstreams on multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Proactively identify project risks and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Communicate project status and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to client-facing deliverables and documentation.
  • Mentor and support less experienced consultants and associates.
  • Provide input into estimation, solution approach, and SOW development.
  • Help implement improvements to internal methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience in professional services or consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Dealer Services / Dealer Equipment vertical.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central.
  • Strong experience leading software implementations and client-facing discussions.
  • Proficiency with vertical-specific ISV solutions and the Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations.
