At EPIC Health, growth doesn’t happen by chance—it happens through disciplined execution. As an Integration Transition Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring newly acquired practices are successfully integrated into the EPIC platform.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role responsible for managing on-the-ground integration efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring every transition is smooth, timely, and aligned with EPIC standards.
What You’ll DoExecute Integration PlansImplement acquisition integration timelines at the local level
Track milestones and ensure timely completion of key deliverables
Identify risks early and communicate updates to headquarters
Maintain alignment with overall integration sequencing and deadlines
Partner with internal teams including:
Billing
HR
IT
Marketing
Finance
Compliance
Ensure all shared services are operational and ready prior to go-live
Prevent delays by driving alignment across teams
Ensure workflows align with EPIC’s operational framework
Monitor compliance during transition phases
Support stabilization efforts post-integration
Assist with onboarding of local leadership and staff
Provide hands-on support during critical transition periods
Help stabilize workflows and resolve operational challenges
Deliver regular integration status updates
Flag risks and delays proactively
Escalate issues that may impact timelines or operations
3–5+ years of healthcare operations experience
Experience working in multi-site or multi-location environments
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Willingness to travel as needed
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Strong communicator who can align teams quickly
Able to manage complexity without losing focus
Hands-on and execution-driven
Solutions-oriented with a proactive mindset
