Sr. Graphic Designer at SAMYANG AMERICA INC – Brea, California

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design team in headquarters and sales team to understand packaging requirements and project goals

• Create in-store promotional materials to support new product launch

• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of packaging designs and brand activations.

• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all packaging designs meet quality standards and are error-free.

• Be aware of accurate project timelines and deliver designs within specified deadlines.

• Adapt to changing project requirements and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Stay current on industry trends. Follow brand guidelines. Illustrate a brand pattern for use across all mediums

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in packaging or graphic design with a strong portfolio

• Proven experience as a Packaging Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative packaging designs.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino or solid works, InDesign, Dimension) and other relevant design software.

• Strong understanding of packaging design principles, materials, and production processes

• Create 2D + 3D renderings for product packaging

The base salary for this position is between $75,000.00 and $85,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
