THR Nurse Practitioner - Mobile Health PRN

Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, will support the full THR service area on an as needed basis
Work hours: PRN (as needed)

Here's What You Need
Education
Bachelor's Degree Graduate of an accredited nursing program REQUIRED or
Master's Degree Graduate of a nurse practitioner program REQUIRED
Experience
2 Years Experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care REQUIRED
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire REQUIRED and
APRN - Advanced Practice Nurse Upon Hire REQUIRED and
NP - Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire REQUIRED and
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire REQUIRED and
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days preferred

Understanding of evidence-based practice, public health practices, and health and safety standards. Familiarity with administrative software for healthcare systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates exceptional phone, text, and email etiquette skills, ensuring professional and courteous communication with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Effectively utilizes appropriate tone, language, and communication style in maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation, to ensure clear and concise communication. Customer service-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
Flexibility to work weekends and after normal business hours when necessary
