Before Service

• Count your bar bank and make sure everything is dialed in.
• Set up the bar for success: cut fresh fruit, check juices, stock beer, wine, and spirits.
• Make sure the bar is polished, organized, and ready for guests.

During Service

• Welcome guests with a smile and great energy.
• Take orders from bar and community table guests: cocktails, wine, dinner, and desserts.
• Craft exceptional cocktails and serve beverages with style.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, wine list, and spirits program.
• Keep the experience seamless by refilling drinks, delivering food, and staying attentive to guest needs.

After Service

• Leave the bar spotless: clean stainless and surfaces, wash and empty dishwasher, buff glassware.
• Restock beer, wine, liquor, and supplies for the next shift.
• Properly close out your bar bank with the manager.
• Make sure the bar is fully reset for tomorrow.

• A positive attitude and genuine hospitality- while being over 21!
• Strong knowledge (or eagerness to learn) about cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful bar
• Always ready with your essentials: wine key, pens, and buffing towel
