Weekends run 9A-6P, plus a 10A-6P shift

Guaranteed $18.50/hr base, plus tips — averaging $32.50 to $42.50 per hour total

Salon Manager bonus: $0.25 for every haircut the salon does that week

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Leader: Prior leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred).
• Licensed Stylist: Current cosmetology or barber license (as required by state regulations).
• Cutting Stylist: Ready to work behind the chair alongside your team during assigned shifts.
• Strong Communicator: Able to share performance updates and feedback with upper management.
