Position Summary
The HR Administrator supports daily human resources operations while managing domestic and international travel arrangements for employees. This role ensures accurate HR recordkeeping, smooth onboarding processes, and efficient travel coordination aligned with company policies and budget guidelines. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to balance administrative responsibilities with fast‑paced travel logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
• Support compliance efforts by maintaining documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
Travel Coordination
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.
• Ensure all travel bookings comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
• Manage travel changes, cancellations, and last‑minute adjustments while minimizing cost impact.
• Maintain relationships with travel vendors and negotiate rates when appropriate.
• Track travel expenses, reconcile invoices, and support expense reporting.
• Provide travel briefings, including visa requirements, safety guidelines, and company travel protocols.
Administrative & Cross‑Functional Support
• Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions, including logistics and materials.
• Assist with HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives and policy updates.
• Support general office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Qualifications
• 1-2 years of HR administrative experience.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
