About This Position
What You’ll Do:
As a Management Analyst, you will be critical in providing data-driven analysis, strategic insight, and operational support to enhance organizational performance, ensure contract compliance, and support mission success in a secure federal environment. You will apply your knowledge of federal program management, process improvement methodologies, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance to deliver actionable recommendations that support strategic objectives and operational excellence. In this role, you will be expected to:
• Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
• Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules
• Perform management, technical, or business case analyses
• Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
• Track program/project status and schedules
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
Must Haves:
• Must be a US citizen possessing a Top-Secret level clearance
• 3+ years of experience managing product programs, and a BA/BS degree in a relevant subject, or
• 10+ years of experience managing product programs, and an associate’s degree in a relevant subject
Nice to Haves:
• Able to conform to existing procedures and policies with repeatability, precision, and timeliness
• Familiarity with NAVAIR programming and processes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to present briefings to government customer
• Proficiency with MS Excel, SharePoint, and other MS Office products
What You’ll Want to Know:
· This position does not offer remote work
· Primary location at Pax River, with frequent travel to Arlington, DC, Bethesda, and Dahlgren
· This position is contingent upon contract award
