Requirements:

Candidates should bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or analytical support roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and collaborative approach to working with teams.
    Bonus points for:
  • Experience with accounting software, bank account reconciliations, and insurance accounting.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $105,000–$125,000, based on experience and internal structure.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance plans.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Paid time off: four weeks PTO in the first year and twelve weeks fully paid parental leave.
  • Remote-first work environment with one-time $2,000 home office setup allowance and fully provisioned MacBook Pro.
