JOB SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Payments and Managed Services will lead the development and scaling of payment products for Hyosung, enabling seamless transactions across self-service channels. This role defines product strategy, ensures regulatory compliance, drives customer adoption, and owns the product roadmap by leveraging data, customer insights, and market analysis. Additionally, the position oversees Managed Services in FI as well as Retail segment in North America, managing the full product lifecycle and overall business performance. The role partners with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions, meet evolving customer needs, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Lead the strategy, development, and scaling of integrated payment solutions across self-service channels.

· Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.

· Oversee the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

· Drive adoption of payment solutions among customers and reseller partners.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and security requirements.

· Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to inform product strategy and enhancements.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Professional Services teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Develop business cases and advocate new payment innovations and customer experiences.

· Lead and manage the Managed Services portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and business growth across North America.

· Maintain strong relationships with clients, including banks and credit unions, to understand and anticipate evolving needs.

· Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery, technical capabilities, and customer experience.

· Monitor product and service performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

· Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to teams supporting payment solutions and managed services.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Must have Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

· Ability to work collaboratively with internal clients at all levels.

· Strong work ethic, a sense of urgency and high level of responsiveness to competing deadlines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· College degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred

· At least 10 years of industry-related experience including five years in upper management required.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

· 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant job experience in payments, fintech solution development

· Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

· Experience with end-to-end product delivery

· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

· Experience as a product manager or owner

· Experience owning technology products

· Strong leadership skills.

· Excellent analytical skills. Must have expert knowledge of Microsoft platforms including Excel and PowerPoint.

· Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as success at working independently and as a collaborative team member with business teams in a fast-paced environment
