Summary
We are seeking a Junior Assembler to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As a Junior Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products are assembled efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the manufacturing industry.
Schedule: 1st shift - Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Location: Onsite in Hatfield, PA.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to follow detailed work and testing instructions, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills with a positive and customer focused mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively as a team player.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of responsibility.
- Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in daily tasks.
- Strong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Soldering knowledge and experience.
